Authorities say two people have been injured in a small plane crash near Teterboro Airport.
The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey says the two people on board the plane suffered burns and were taken to an area hospital Friday morning.
WCBS-AM reported early Friday that Route 46 West was closed between Industrial Avenue and Green Street, and only one lane of Route 46 East was open. Bergen County police and fire crews responded to the crash.
Teterboro is the same airport where a plane took off earlier this month before colliding with a sightseeing helicopter over the Hudson River. Nine people were killed aboard the two aircraft
